Homemade Chip Amp Question

I recently salvaged parts from an old car stereo and found 2 TDA8561q amps inside. Naturally, the first thing I thought of was building myself a guitar amp. I have it all connected and working, however, this is a 4 or 2 channel amplifier and all I need is one channel. My question is, what do I do with the 2nd input and output? Is it safe to just not connect them at all? Or do I run the risk of blowing the amp?
Also, since I'm such a newbe at reading datasheets, I was wondering if someone could tell me what the current requirments for this chip at full power would be. I want to make sure I have the proper power supply to power this chip and my preamp at the same time.

The TDA8561q datasheet is here:

Thank you!!

With a 15V supply and 4 ohm load a single channel will draw about 1.6A (rail to rail square wave). A 1.2A supply that can provide 1.6A for short periods should be adequite. The unused inputs and outputs should be left un-connected.
