| Peavey KB 100 how to remove chassis?
UPDATE -- A big never mind. I figured it out. I was just babying it a bit too much. Some of the tolex had bunched up under one side of the chassis, and once I got a small flathead screwdriver in there to flatten it out, I was able to muscle it out of the cabinet. It had nothing to do with the power transformer being in the way. Does anyone reading this know where I can find any kind of instructions for removing the chassis? I have it all loose, but it sure seems as if it hangs up on the power transformer when trying to pull it out the back. I'm just trying to get to the pots so I can clean or replace them as needed. They have become noisy. Thanks, Rico Last edited by stratwrassler; 05-18-2009 at 01:04 AM. Reason: Help no longer needed. |

disconnect the speaker cable. I think it comes out forward instead of backward, or is it the other way round?
