is it true that if you use a tonlab with 12ax7 preamp with a vk112 all tube, will it fry your amps pre-amp. also if it is possible will you still be able to use all the cool modeling and tonelab features?

I don't think that's true ... the out on the tonelab has to be small enough to go into a mixer, so I don't see how it could be too big for an amp. Not a technical explanation, just my two cents.

Also, this guy runs his Tonelab into a Peavey tube amp and I think a Fender. Shouldn't be a problem, but others here could certainly give a better explanation. |
