| 18 Watt Question
Guys... I have 18 Watt and 36 Watt kits that I have built that I like alot. My question is: Can I use the same front end and PI to drive a set of EL34's? I have a set of transformers that are suitable for for the EL34's. I actually want the Lite version of just volume and tone. I like the simplicity but want that with a more powerful amp. Are there any gaping holes in my theory? Thanks, Mike |

others will know more, but I'd be tempted to tweak the PI to be more like the ax84 el34 PP power amp: http://ax84.com/static/corepoweramps..._Schematic.pdf |
