VYPYR 30 -No Input audio...

I have a fairly new Peavey VYPYR 30 . The amp section works but there is no audio input from the guitar input jack.

I've checked all the internal plugs and cleaned the jack. I also checked the the jack and is has continuity from the contacts to the circuit board it's soldered to.

Any thoughts?

Are you the original owner? Like the amp is under warranty?
