| SE 6l6 build circuit recommendations
I'm looking for circuit recommendations using mostly parts I have on hand from this donor chassis - has PT, SE OPT, 5Y3, 6l6, a couple 12AX7s. I have a misc collection of other driver tubes but would like to stay with the 6L6 output. I've built a fender champ clone and a fender deluxe clone in the past so I have that experience behind me. I'm looking for a circuit that's fairly simple but generally well regarded. Ideas? |

5F2A is a bit more flexible than a tweed champ, use a 10W cathode resistor at 6L6 pin 8, use a 100v rated cathode bypass cap. Try a slightly smaller dropping resistor between B+ & screen nodes (2.7K to 4.7K?).
