68 bandmaster bass pot does nothing bass has disapeared

this is my first post and Ive tried to search for similar problems

i think the tubes were in the wrong spots for several years (7025 and the 12ax7) but the thing sounded great for the longest time but 1 day the bass disappeared in the normal channel,

works great in the vibrato though...

any ideas?

Change the bass pot.

7025 & 12AX7 are basically the same thing, a 7025 is just a 12ax7 selected for low noise.
