Whats the diffrence in Building Valve Amps & Valve Amplifiers By Morgan Jones?

I have Valve amplifiers allready but i would like to know what his other book has in it that is very diffrent from the one i have. If you were to pick, which would be the best at learning how valve theory worked in real world situations.
