    LSK170F

    anybody ever use these? the datasheet only specifies A, B, and C.

    I got them as free samples directly from the company. I'll write them to see if I can get a spec sheet

    Like any other Jfet, you would need to test & match them to tighter Idss sets than 2:1. Its pretty easy to do; short the source and gate, run a 1k precision drain load and on a regulated power supply, see what the drain current is.

    F was Free Samples. They did not give away tightly matched sets unless you were Carver or a big name!
