Hum/Noise on power up

kinda' the opposite of the Polytone thread, I have a Crate G-40C that has a hum/noise for a couple seconds at power up until the rails are up to what they should be, then it's fine.

Anything common to look for?

According to an Enzo post from a couple years ago, this is normal.
