eminar P606 whats it worth?

Hi all, My son was given a Eminar P607 amp Serial no 4111 and Is considering selling it. It looks to have got wet on one end at one stage and 1 of the output tubes looks a bit strange as it has some white powdery substance inside it. Apart from that it looks in good electrical condition. I am a amateur radio operator and have quite a bit of experience with rf tube type transmitters, so fixing the amp should not be a problem.
So to my questions. I have not yet applied any 240 volts to it so I dont know if it works or not.
1. what would be a fair asking price for the amp as is (untested)
2. What would it be worth repaired (if needed) and tested working 100%
Note: it has P607 on the front rhs bottom corner... but it looks the same physically to the pictures I have seen of a P606.
