| AC-30CC problems.
Hello, I have a AC-30 cc that wont power up. I did a retube with new JJ's, and the amp worked well for 2 days. I went to turn it on, and I noticed no pilot lamp lit. I checked the HT .5 fuse and discovered it was blown. I replaced the fuse, still no power. Next I replaced the GZ-34 with a new one. Still no luck. I took a look at the internal fuse on the PCB, and it looked OK. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to my next step? Thanks, Jon. |

No power LED (red), or no 'operate' LED (green)? If the power LED isn't lighting, but the mains fuse is OK, then you have problem in the +15V circuit. R188 is listed on the schematic as 2.2 ohms "fusible", which indicates to me that it's the 'safety net' for the +15V power supply. |
