| Super Twin distortion?
Gots me a Super Twin Reverb here, the gnarly 180w version, with footswitchable EQ and distortion. So, is the distortion supposed to sound crappy? kinda' like a hideous fuzz with distorted bottom end. |

Yup, it's supposed to sound like crap. Get yourself a $15 Danelectro FAB Distortion pedal, it sounds 1000 times better. |

My brother had one of those many years ago, and the distortion did indeed sound like crap.
