Yet another parts source question

Okay, fellow tube fanatics,

I've got two or three BF and early SF Fender amps that are missing the "courtesy receptacle" on the back panel. Anyone know of a current source? I'd prefer to get a three-prong outlet, but a two-prong will at least fill the hole left when the previous owners removed 'em.

Thanks,
dB
