Cap for Supro 1616T?

I want to replace the can cap on my Supro 1616T (full name...Valco/Supro Chicago 51 1616T) which is a Mallory 20-10-10uf 450V. I had found someone that was making replacements but can't. Any suggestions? Also, any good reading about adding a 3-prong?

Antique Electronics - Antique Electronic Supply - has some that might do. Slightly different , like 20-20-10-10 @ 475 volts. Just ignore one section.
Do a search for 3 prong cords on this site. Many good threads.
