    Every time I post I get a double-post warning

Glad the forum is back up! I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this happen?

That's cause you're on double secret probation.

    Yes.

I hit post, and it sits there doing its posting thing, which lasts too long. It then tells me I have to wait at least 38 seconds or whatever to repost, meaning it already took my post and thinks I am posting a second one. So I just go up and select the forum again to escape.

SOmetimes it skips that and just asks if I am sure I want to navigate away from this page. Well, yes, yes I do, my post is up and I am done here.

SOmetimes it just goes ahead and puts up my post like it should. I have not detected a pattern to which thing will occur.

It takes its own sweet time, but I don't get a double post warning.
