I just updated to the latest version of Safari and the board is acting funkier than ever when I try to post.
I see there are some problems with the BB software where it won't always post without warning you that leaving the page will cause your post to be lost. The result is double posting. T-boy may need to reload the package from the source?

I think Safari is the culprit. That's about the same time it started happening to me.
I tried Firefox and it doesn't do it. However, it only happens on this forum.
The trick I came up with is after you press post, and it warns you that you are leaving the page, hit stay on page, then refresh (Command-R). it will then reload and ask if you want to leave the page, and say yes. That seems to post the message without the duplicate.
You can report the issue to Apple under the Safari menu (Report Bugs to Apple...)
I had been doing that with the last version, and they fixed all the issues I was having with various websites.

It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein

I'm having the same problem, but with Firefox, so I don't think it's a Safari issue. There was another post about the issue, but I can't find it. But several others were having the problem and they were not Safari users. Also I'm still seeing the occasional double post from regular posters who aren't Macified.
David Schwab, it seems to be intermittent, this may be why you didn't have the problem with firefox. I think it is more apt to happen when my connection is slow but I could be wrong.
When I get the "leaving page" message, I go up to the "what's new?" button and open it in a new tab. If I see my post at the top of the page, then I just close the tab that I was posting in.
