It's usually a blown resistor, that ties the driver circuit to ground.
Poke around with an ohm meter and usually it's find-able.
This resistor blows to protect the amp if the output is overloaded. Replacing it will many times make the amp work again.
OR, it "could be" something else blown, but check that above first.
