How to replace proco neutrik xlr panel connector?

HI, I have an older Pro Co stagemaster snake and want to swap out some panel connectors. Upon taking the box apart I noticed these panel connectors are in a housed box of 4. Looks like I'd have to swap a hole 4 panel which is fine for what I want to do. I hope this is replaceable. Want to replace two of the sections (one is TRS) with a panel of 4 xlr-M. Anyone know where I can get something like this?

Hi, thanks, just wanted to check here first to see if anybody knows where I could get something like this elsewhere. I'm thinking it might be expensive to order from them, but it looks like it might be manufacturer specific. I did send an email out to both neutrik and proco.
