which way did he go ? www.pedalhackermods.com ?

This is my first post to this section of the forum. A few months ago I came across an ad for effects modding. It was concerned with the modding of an Ibanez Powerlead pedal, which I happened to have. It was pretty much a piece of crap. Somebody gave it to me. The mod was less than $20.00 and I like such projects so I ordered the mod. The parts and excellent instructions arrived in a few days and I had it done in a couple of hours easy. On some of the literature that came with the mod he named his NEW website as pedalhackermods.com. Ever since, I've been trying to find his site. There are alot of "related sites and threads",but I haven't yet found where one can check up on what mods he's providing at present. Does anybody have a lead ? Buy the way, the mod to the Powerlead pedal made a great improvement.
The instructions were on DVD-ROM. Anybody that can i.d. a part and solder would have an easy time of it. Thanks again. tonequester.

    Greetings rjb !

Thanks for the reply on this subject. I'm not sure if it is him, but I will find out as soon as I'm done with the forum this morning.I only had the one experience with the guy, but I felt it well worth the $20.00 I sent him. The mod kit was complete, the instructions on DVD-ROM were great, and best of all it made a 100% improvement to a pedal that I wouldn't have given $10.00 for. I don't really remember how I came into posession of a "thrash metal" pedal. It was trebly in the extreme and the distortion was pure fuzz-box.
Now it is a little warmer sounding, has plenty of clean output to overdrive an amp, and it can produce some real musical "punch" on leads. It's good enough to be a keeper. Thanks for the lead. I hope you have a fine day, and wish you success on your projects. tonequester.
