5F4 P/T Specs?

Hi Folks,
I'm moving ahead with my 5F4 Build, I've build my cab/turret board and got my chassis.
I'm now looking for P/T's O/T's and a choke

Could anyone tell me the secondary output specs of the supers P/T, eg B+ ,Bias voltage,etc and the minimum mA rating on 6.3v,5v and overall mA rating of the P/T.
I was thinking of using a Hammond but don't know which one.I need to have 240v primarys.

Also what choke and O/T is recomended
