    Home- made showman

I just finished an amp based on a Fender Showman Circuit. I was getting some compression and distortion until I lifted the feedback loop. Now it is clear but I don't know what I did. Is this ok? What did I do?

The Showman feed back circuit isn't that radical. I suggest that you double check the values of all the components in the feedback circuit as well as the wiring.
    Cheers,
