Rsd 6l6gc

I'd been offered a pair of old RSD 6L6(West Germany written on the boxes) to replace modern JJTesla I have in my 5e5-A as one went microphonic. Do you know anything about them? Any knowledge would be appreciated.

RSD were rebranders. Those tubes could be almost anything, most probably made in the late 60's and 70's in the old east block.

I have never known one 6L6 made in Germany (Telefunken, Valvo, Lorenz, Siemens or RFT). Is it like this one?

This tube has been distributed in Europe by AEG, Ultron, Brimar and others in the bad times. Is a russian model 6pi3c. Regards

Hola Pedro.
The tube seems similar but branded RSD in the glass but PAN in the boxes(not original boxes?), they seem old.
What´s your opinion about these old russian tubes in a 5e5-A circuit? They would being place instead of modern JJTesla......
I´ll post a pic of them soon....
