I'd like to start experimenting with dummy coils in a Tokai strat which I'll be reassembling soon. I'm thinking of making a triangularish bobbin shaped to fit into the bottom of the control cavity as the dummy. Being so small I doubt it will work as well as the Suhr backplate system but I'd like to give it a go. Can anybody provide a schematic of the Suhr Adjusting PCB? I've had a look at the patent and the install manual, but some of the component values are missing and I can't quite conceptualise it yet. Anybody seen one of these PCBs up close? |
