High freq. noise on carlsbro 50

Hi group.
I`ve got this very fine old amp (`71) but theres a , not loud but hearable, HF noise, when i hit the strings. I`ve changed all the tubes, but its still there..all caps was changed 3 years ago.... I hope anybody can help.
