I finished building my 5e3 clone the pilot light turns on and so do the heaters in the tubes, then when I turn the standby switch off only hum, I've plugged a guitar in and no sound at all just hum... I think maybe the jacks are wrong... any help? Can anyone give a good example of how to wire the jacks |

What layout or schematic did you use? The weber layout is about as clear as it gets as to where the wires on the jacks go,https://weberspeakerscom.secure.poww...5e3_layout.jpg see if you can post a picture. You should probably go over the layout very carefully double checking each connection & component value. JOE
