| best 12ax7 for distortion
hello,i'm wondering what the best 12ax7 for creamy heavy distortion is with the least amount of microphonics is.i have tried the sovtek wa,wb,wxt but seem kinda run of the mill.what are your opinions.jj's,mullards ect.ect.thanks all  |

Slagg I think most any tube could be worth a try. Its very subjective. Some of My fav's are GT12xa7M, EH, Ei's (NOS) and I dont mind the GT12ax7-R2.  |
