Ghost nototes at OTs primaries

Hello,
Subbed caps, OT, choke, tubes. Cleaned, and retentioned sockets. Initially, it seemed like the ghosts notes varied, but last we checked, it's a b flat (60 or 120 hz). Could there possibly a bad ground? BTW, it's a 75 Marshall 100 watt Super Lead.
I am repairing this for Michael Lee Firkins, who was a guy I listed to alot in the 90s. Great player who needs his amp for recording.
It would be great if I could fix this for him.
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Stan
