| Trace Elliot C100 Speed Twin Trouble
ok for starters i have very little knowledge in electronics and my amp has died. i dont know if that is the most annoying thing you guys hear or what, but im trying to get this thing fixed. so the problem. it turns on but the main LED is gone, there isnt any sound and for the last 2 months its smelt like burning metal. i spend a good while trying to find out what the problem was and the tubes were due for replacing so i replaced them, but the problem is still there. if anyone has experiance with trace elliot speed twin amps or has had a similar problem help would be greatly appreciated. il do all i can to try and understand the lingo with the help of my good friend google. thanx in advance larry. |
