To swap or not to swap?

I think I already know the answer to this one but I am looking for a little input.
I have a Fender Ultimate Chorus SS 2x12 amp.
He has a Peavey Delta Blues tube amp with new JJ tubes that he wants to swap.
both are in great condition and all functions work perfectly

No brainer right?
Right?

Soon the only sin will be telling jokes badly.

The amps are different, and the relative value to you might depend on what instrument and music you are playing through it. I think the Ultimate Chorus might be better for accordion, or maybe old-school jazz, or pedal steel, or country Tele.
