Help with my new Electric Mistress

Hello, Im new here and happy to find this forum.

I bought the Electro Harmonix Deluxe Electric Mistress a week ago and I got it now. I Plugged the AC Adapter with a coordinator to 240v and i turned on the guitar and amplifier. I plugged the guitar to the INPUT jack and the Amp to the FLANGED OUT jack. when its turned off there is no sound at all - nothing (it should be the clean sound of the guitar..) and when its turned On there is no Flanger Effect - only the clean sound of the guitar...

What could be the problem ? Its a brand new from the store !

the problem is that Im far from the store 15,000 km...
Im from Asia and I bought it from a store in USA because its not selled in my area

Could it be the problem with the differences in voltage - that in USA there is 110v and in my area 230v ? Maybe the AC Adapter that I got with it (that he is suitable to an input of 120v) dont suites to this area, even with a coordinator ?

a coordinator to 240v?
check your FUSES in your coordinator , maybe they are blown

i hope its a step down transformer to 120 volts

240volts from your wall converts to a 120 volts

you might have just fried your EH electric mistress power supply
