thanks for the schematics, very helpful. Sorry for the daft question, does it look any different for a 220/240V vs a 110/120V version. I live in a 220-240v region but Mesa amps are 50% more expensive than shipping one in from overseas. Carzy but true and it has nothing to do with tax as there is no tax here. I therefore either travel around with a set up transformer or get it changed by an electrician. I wonder if all that needs to be changed is the transformer and then we are good to go. Any idea? Many amplifiers have a built-in power transformer, which is designated for the 220/240 and 110/120V, but the amplifier is inside wired for only one voltage 220/240 or 110/120V. Let a professional person, before replacing the transformer views amplifier.
If the power transformer is designated only for one voltage comfortable is replaced by the power transformer.
One solution is the use of appropriate step down 220/110V transformer of appropriate power.
