Well, good luck finding that outside of an Ampeg parts collection.

Not a common-looking item, to be sure.

I see, effectively, a 3PST (the top two sections on the left: RED-WHT to WHT-YEL, RED to VIO; and the second row on the right: ORG-YEL to BLK), and the bottom sections are a pair of DPDTs.

I'm crazy enough to think that you might be able to measure up those sections and find four DPDT slide switches you could tuck into that envelope and carve some kind of actuator that the toggle would slide back and forth and operate all four -- in part because it looks like that's more-or-less how that one was built up.

It would definitely be worth unmounting that monster and looking at the front and into the ends to see what's there.

      Good luck!

It is two 4PDT side by side sharing a knob. I might have mentioned this on the other board, but an R/P switch froma cassette deck would have enough contacts. R/P means record/play, and they are many sections of DT all on a common actuator. Open up an older cassette deck, and follow the mechanical link to a long metal thing in the center of the board. That is it.

depending on which section(s) are bad, you may be able to unsolder all the connections, reverse switch, and resolder using the previously unused portions of the switch.
