Most of the blogs are spams as of late. Could there be better rules in place for users to create blogs. Use to see lots of useful blogs in the past, but now it is all spam.

  4. Carlsbro Sherwood Owner's Instructions

    Hello

I bought my Carlsbro Sherwood combo [a Cobra 90 variant designed for guitar and microphone] in 1985 and it came with an ON/OFF footswitch for the spring reverb, a pullover cover for the amp to protect it in storage and transit and 5 pages of instructions. In the hope that they may be of some use to someone at some time, I am posting jpeg scans of the instructions.

  5. Custom P'up covers

I have noticed that the topic of covers comes up with a certain amount of regularity. While I don't have any ABS lying around, there is a roll of Polytrichloroethylene which, when heated with a heat gun and pressed into a simple wooden form gave good results. I was then able to use Krylon Paint on the Inside - no wear issues. And since matte finish seems to be the preference here, I even too the PoC one and hit it with 1500 grit quickly.
