Single Channel Twin- no frills
Guys!
It's been a long time since the glorious aroma of solder fumes have graced my presence and I've got the itch to do another build- this one will be very basic. Here's what I'm looking to do:
Power section: 60's Twin Reverb AB763 - 85w/4 x 6L6GC
Preamp: Normal Channel of 65 Twin Reverb- no vibrato/reverb
FX Loop: possible series loop
I want to build this as a head- just a basic clone, nothing exciting. Does anyone have any god advice to offer in the way of drawing this up minus the rever/vibrato circuitry and tubes? I can create layouts from schematics, but I'm not experienced enough to know which bits of the schem to leave out on my build!
Hope all is well with you all. Have any of you seen or heard from Alex/Retrodyne? I lost his number in my old phone and his website is down!
