I bought three at Electronic Surplus. The PN is #CRL 1346405 …there's more than a hundred available, it says.
The ON-OFF switch is the twist kind. I had to cut off part of the 1/4" split-shaft to fit the set-screw chicken-head knob for the 5G9 I'm making. I haven't fired it up yet, though. They are NOS.
Of the three I bought, one measured 2M, one was 1.9M, and one was 1.4M.
These have a lot more rear-clearance than the modern CTS push-pull pots (which is a real issue in my build).
