Marshall JCM 900 New Tubes

I have a JCM 900 (4100) that currently has 4xSovtek 6L6WXT in it ...and i feel that it is time to change tubes...i would like to know if there is a better tube out there to replace them with...without to many changes to the amp....

I use these in my Fenders and like the way they sound. You will need to verify your bias. No other changes would be necessary.

I have had good luck on quality as well. No out-of-box failures.

Try some J/J 6l6's and see what you think? I've used them many times before and have very happy customers.

A word of note, as I have used JJ's alot in my shop too....BUT, as much as I DO like their POWER tubes, their preamp tubes in my experience are quite IN-consistant
