The VS100 is not the AVT100, I posted most of the schematic below.
Check IC6, it is probably bad. It is a TL072 in a SIP package. Any SIP dual op amp will work there, so 4560, 4580, even an old 4558.
The input jack mutes the OD channels through that IC. A bot of static electrical charge on the guitar cord will hit the mute contact first, discharge into it, and kill that IC.
