Hi
posted pics of this project thats gonna take longer than I thought....
Member pointed out the circuit board was compromised..
very true..
what does one do..is it possible to have a new circuit board and swap components ..
have a tech repair diagnois ect ??
it did work when I plugged guiter into it..all controls too..
it has Bright and SW on tone..what does SW mean ??
foot switch possible ? never find one of those for this amp...
speaker works great nice and bright had it hooked to another amp..man is it liteweight too..
I did try to repair and think problem is tiny wire fell of transformer copper windings..i put it back but hard to work it..
also I thought a continuity condition existed..due to broken circuit board corners..
so I soldered wire all around perimeter to maintain the copper strip which is on the circuit board..
I suspect that little wire that hooks into the transformer is the base problem
does one replace transformer as inexpensive alternative..
do have an old telephone company transformer that works..
but its 18V I think am not sure of compatability..
well appreciate any input am lost at this point project stalled at this point.
Thanks..
