Hello everyone.
I am new to the forum and I have a question.I am helping a friend out restoring an old Sunn Model T head.In performing a cap job on this amp I cannot find a can cap to replace the original.The value is 60 to 80 mfd at 500 vdc.I thought about just using axial lead caps to just wire around the can but my vendors only have 8o mfd caps @450 vdc and nothing higher.Any help would be much appreciated.
