  • Peavey TNT115 S Amp Low, distorted Output

I've had this amp for about 3 weeks. It came in with the complaint that the volume would cut and feedback/rf and low volume would startup after a few minutes of playing. I tested it and it did as described. I resoldered the power and preamp boards and tested the cement resistors and all of the capacitors. I first built one of those cool little pass/fail opamp testers and checked all of the ic's. I even swapped out an output transistor that was testing weird. Still the same problem. Anyone have a schematic and an opinion on what I should be doing? I can't find a schematic to save my life. This has been an interesting couple of months, but I'm sure glad I found this site!

    Thanks in advance.

Saving your life must not include just asking Peavey for it.

customerservice@peavey.com they will send you any schematics you want.

Connect a cord from preamp out to power amp in. ANy help?
