  • Tiny terror trouble

I am at loss to figure this out...
I have a tiny terror that has one EL84 that runs away.
The one that runs away has a positive 14V on pin 2 of the power tube, OV on the on pin 2 of the other power tube.
tried replacing the 0.1 cap from the PI on that side. no change in the voltage.
tried cleaning out and rewetting solder joints
tried reversing the power tubes, voltage stayed on the one side
tried pulling the power tubes & testing for voltage, still there
tested input resistors, ground resistors, sockets look clean,
no mods were done to the amp
the B+ & screen voltages are the same side to side

Another odd thing I noticed are the grid grounding resistors are 2M2 (? red red black yellow) Shouldn't they be 220K?

    any ideas would be great!
    thanks,
    marc
