I have been buidling the same amps for quite a spell now, and this one
is just not the same, I have tried swapping almost everything in the amp
anyone hear about any bad power transformers from hammond?
I am even suspect that the heater voltages are running high
about 7 volts.. I think I am reaching a bit to suspect that
the other voltages look normal, I tried the output transformer
pots tubes, and I am in process with the power transformer swap
I use the 270-dx amp works fine it just breaks up with a strat at like 4
instead of like 7... what else could do this? there is not much left
