Hey all,
I have a dz30 from ceriatone and it started sounding a bit dull and lifeless, not like it should obviously so I started measuring voltages and comparing to some schematics I had with voltages on them. I'm getting 290v into the rec tube (a 5ar4) but only getting 335v out of it, instead of 350v, which is what I think I should see. I tried different tubes, and even 2x5U4's to compare and I'm still seeing about 15v less than expected on all the power nodes.
is this just me being misinformed? Or is there something I should try?
