Not sure if it's even a problem. Can't find any info on the internet. Caught a video demo of the amp but the clean channel was not demo'd. It's a new amp out by Ampeg. The clean channel sounds good but the individual level control has to be dimed, and even when the pre is turned all the way up it doesn't have as much gain as say, a typical Fender amp (I know - apples and oranges - just comparing)
