Did you test all of the test points A-F?

Touching the leads on the bottom of the board, power on, if I'm doing it right, I get 50mV. Not sure where the points A-F are on the board.

Is it good? You haven't posted any dc readings as of yet.

Look at the portion of the schematic that Jazz had cropped up. Obviously, I think you know what he is asking you to find A-F but finding it on the board is not exactly translating. I am not 100% percent here but here it goes... TP A and TP B were already stated by Jazz so you probably know this already by B+ and B- on the bridge rectifier legs(+/-). TP C >> find D16 measure the cathode of that diode and TP D >> find D17 measure the anode side. TP E >> find C26 to measure the positive side and TP F >> find C27 to measure the negative side. With TP C - TP F those, I think, can also be tested on each leg of resistors R51 & R52... Look at the schematic closely.

While you take all these voltages clip one probe to be connected to the safety ground or chassis. Just apply one probe to each point to get the DC voltage.

Edit: Please correct me if I am wrong... Just thought I might take a stab at this one.
