Well I downloaded it and I have to say the way it organized in the folder makes for a great offline resource on a DVD.
I'd love to be able to do that with the blue guitar site.

Yep it is, I was able to download the mirror of it at schems.com but it stops at 7-15-16 so a bit of it is missing.
