  • Line6 Spider III 120 Circuitry Question

I have a customer that has a Spider III 120 with 2x10's. I have the schematic for the HD75 and the 150. Is the 120 the same?
I don't have his amp here to compare it yet.
He has an issue with the LCD showing 8 dashed lines and no output. I saw the other posts here about this problem
and understand it's probably on the preamp PCB.
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks!

    Try a 'Hard Reset'.

Hold down 'Channel A" when powering the unit on.

Tried the hard reset with no luck.
Gonna have him bring me the amp so I can look at components on the preamp board
        and check connectors etc.

The 'dashed lines' on the LCD tell me that the LCD is not getting initialized.

I would start with a few basic power supply checks.
From what I remember, the boards are silkscreened with the associated voltages of each regulator.
