I had a good conversation with the owner and discussed options. I said no harm in just playing it with orginal tubes and caps as voltages, etc. are ok right now. The amp is properly grounded with 3-prong plug now, death cap removed, etc. so that young fella who is going to be playing it is good to go there.
That said, the owner did decide to have me go ahead and replace all the electrolytics while I have it on the bench. The amp is a bit dull/round sounding in the bass frequencies so maybe some new caps will liv'n her up a bit
