Kam kk400 karaoke amplifier..china amps..
This one would power up but had no audio out fault plus there's not much in the way of schematic info on the big net
.. so down to checking time..
Rear panel has inputs such has dvd aux cd vid tape in out..line out and the front face plate has echo fx system plus microphone level bass treb.. plus motor contorted volumes. Now,lid off and get stuck in
.. looking down it's laid out in with main pcb with supply lines followed by main power amp to the left side large o/p transistors 2sc5200 and counter parts etc. towards the front is fx plus controls and its rear is line out pcb's plus speaker speakon pcb...
Getting back to the fault...to speed things up feed signal in, this show led display working but still no out..so tap it's line signal out to different amp to hear if audio it there. I could hear low hum imposed on the audio out..found domed looking caps within it's pre-amp supply quick change there 2200uf at 35v and o/p relay clicked over and sound... so it was detecting this hum and holding off it's o/p
